Member of the Board of Directors of the Chinese Society of Vibration Engineering, Member and Deputy Secretary-General of the Intelligent Manufacturing Committee of the Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence, Member of the Youth Working Committee of the Materials Branch of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, Member of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Electrical Equipment and Systems of Rail Transit (SAC/ TC278) Member of Intelligent Manufacturing Working Group (WG1), Standing member of Measurement and Control Committee of China Instrument Association, Member of Rotor Dynamics Committee of China Vibration Engineering Society, etc. He has been awarded the second-level candidate of Guangxi "Ten Hundred Thousand" Talent Project, the candidate of Guangxi University Excellent Talent Funding Program, the "Baosteel Excellent Teacher Award", the Nanning Special Expert and other honorary titles. A core member of the national key field innovation team "Train Network Control and Information System Innovation Team". Prof. Fushuan Wen
Zhejiang University
Prof. Fushuan Wen received the B.E. and M.E. degrees from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 1985 and 1988, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 1991, all in electrical engineering. He joined the faculty of Zhejiang University in 1991, and has been a full professor and the director of the Institute of Power Economics and Information since 1997, and the director of Zhejiang University-Insigma Joint Research Center for Smart Grids since 2010. His research interests include: 1) power economics and electricity markets; 2) power system investment, planning and operation optimization; 3) smart grids and electric vehicles; 4) power system alarm processing, fault diagnosis and system restoration; 5) artificial intelligence applications in power and integrated energy systems. He has published 700+ papers including 200+ SCI-indexed papers, 610+ EI-indexed papers, and 710+ Scopus-indexed papers. His publications have been cited for 15800+ times. He has completed and is undertaking more than 170 grants and projects from governmental organizations and industry. Prof. Wen was elected to IEEE Fellow for contributions to fault diagnosis in power grids in November, 2020.
Prof. GOH HUI HWANG

Prof. Goh Hui Hwang is a senior consultant in the field of electrical engineering and has been working on research related to the field of electrical engineering for a long time. He is a Fellow of the ASEAN Academy of Engineering and Technology (AAET), a Certified Electricity Manager by the Energy Commission Malaysia, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering Malaysia (IEM), a Foreign Fellow of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering (CSEE), a Senior Member of the International Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a Professional Engineer of the BEM, a Chartered Engineer of the Engineering Council UK (ECUK), an APEC Engineer, an International Professional Engineer (IPE), IEEE Senior Member, BEM Professional Engineer, ECUK Chartered Engineer, APEC Engineer, International Professional Engineer and many other top international research and education institutions and societies. He has made outstanding contributions to the development of these institutions and societies. Prof. Goh Hui Hwang has achieved outstanding results in various directions such as power electronics technology, power system, motor control, renewable energy, and multi-energy conversion. He has published more than 80 high-level papers, presided over 10 national funds of Malaysia, published eight monographs, obtained four international invention patents, and won the second prize of creative invention new products in international trade fairs, the first prize of Seoul International Invention Exhibition, etc., vigorously promoting the energy cooperation between China and ASEAN countries.
Prof. Huajun Dong
Dalian Jiaotong University
Prof. Huajun Dong is a professor, doctoral supervisor, and Dean of the School of Computer and Communication at Dalian Jiaotong University, an evaluation expert for the National Natural Science Foundation, a review expert for the Transactions of China Electrotechnical Society, and a member of the Journal of East China Jiaotong University. His main interests of research cover the key technology of vacuum switches and the application technology of image processing. Prof. Dong was awarded the Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellow of Henan Province in 2013, the Outstanding Teacher of Dalian Jiaotong University in 2017, the Hundred-level Talent of the National Hundred and Thousand and Ten-Thousand Talent Project in 2018, and the Outstanding Teacher of Liaoning Province in 2020. He has obtained patents for calculating the position and velocity of vacuum switch contacts and a vacuum switch contact that can be used in a longitudinal magnetic field.
Prof. Qiu Wei

Prof. Qiu Wei, male, born in September 1978, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Mechanical Engineering, Tianjin University, winner of National Outstanding Youth Fund. He has won academic honors such as "New Century Outstanding Talent" of the Ministry of Education, "131" Innovative Talent of Tianjin, and Yangtze River Award of Australia. The tianjin university institute of mechanical and mechanical department, national "double lead" branch secretary of the Chinese society of mechanics and experimental mechanics, deputy director of professional committee members, "journal of mechanical English editor, the journal of solid mechanics for young editors, the Chinese physical society committee member of light scattering, the Chinese society of professional committee of intelligent composite material and composite material mechanics study in China Member of Micro and Nano Mechanics Group, Deputy director of Tianjin Key Laboratory of Modern Engineering Mechanics. He is mainly engaged in the research of experimental mechanics of micro and nano scale spectroscopy, multi-scale mechanical behavior of nanomaterials and structures, and the application of optomechanical technology in engineering. He has presided over 7 national Natural Science Foundation projects, including 1 national major scientific instrument development project, and participated in more than 10 national Natural Science Foundation innovation group projects, key projects, national Science and Technology Major projects (973), National 863 Program key projects, etc. It has authorized 26 national patents and published more than 100 scientific research papers in international and domestic academic journals.
Prof. Xun Wang
Beihang University
Wang Xun is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. From March 2015 to February 2020, he did post-doctoral research at Aix-Marseille University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology respectively. In April 2020, he joined the School of Reliability and Systems Engineering of BeiAA, and has been a professor since February 2022. Winner of National Excellent Youth Science Fund (overseas), selected into Beihang "Outstanding 100", "Top Young Talent Program", Elsevier 2022 global Top 2% list of top scientists. He is currently in charge of a number of longitudinal research projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation, National Key Laboratory Foundation and Aviation Science Foundation. His research interests include structural damage detection, sound field imaging/sound source localization, and uncertainty theory. He has published more than 40 research papers in international authoritative SCI journals in related fields, including 26 first author papers (12 in MSSP, a top journal of mechanical engineering). A series of original works in the direction of fault diagnosis of complex pipe network system have been successfully applied to real urban pipe network, and have been highly recognized by international famous scholars such as Academician of the Royal Academy of Engineering, Academician of the French Academy of Sciences, IEEE Fellow and Hong Kong Water Supplies Department.
